"Arrived at 4pm for check in with no check in instructions. Took host 45 minutes to get to me with check in conditons. Once we entered property, the conditions were disgusting to say the least. Floors were dirty with dirt and crumbs, towels were dirty, dishes left in sink, couch my children were expected to stay on has stains and was dirty, defecation and urine in toilet and the bathroom sink had several hairs on it. We left and filed a complaint with VRBO only to have host have the audacity to...

"Quiet neighborhood + quiet building made staying here worth it. Plus great view from our suite. However, the apartment could have been cleaner. The floor was dusty + hair everywhere, dog hair on the couch, and 1 bed smelled strongly of perfume. However, nicely equipped overall, accommodating, and friendly residents. "
