"We didn’t get the room we reserved. Had gotten a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was disgusting, so dirty that we had to buy our own cleaning supplies, bed sheets and towels. The room key didn’t work so every day we had to get it rekeyed. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. Just from checking in and the lobby smelled so good. And the man who checked me in was friendly kind and very informative about anything I needed to know. First glance going in the room was VERY clean no odors or stains on the sheets. Me and my kids really enjoyed our stay to the point they didn’t want to leave so it’s a must we come back hopefully next time the pool will be open."

"Very fast friendly check in, room was spacious and the bed was so comfy! We were on the first floor and the breakfast and coffee was right around the corner! We will be back as our daughter is a student at Auburn and we have events to attend with her! "

"When I walked into the room it had a very bad smell in it. Roaches were everywhere. I had to go buy roach spray and a conform set for the bed. The water was brown. It was by far the worst place I've ever stayed in and I'll never even stay there again. "
