"Staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was pricey at $25/per. Room doors were in rough shape and significant gap at bottom of room door in 133, leaving a good amount of light coming in at night from parking lot. Beds were disappointing from a comfort standpoint. Property in general looked amazing. "

"We didn’t get the room we reserved. Had gotten a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was disgusting, so dirty that we had to buy our own cleaning supplies, bed sheets and towels. The room key didn’t work so every day we had to get it rekeyed. "
