But was also pleased with the friendly reception by staff, and a willingness to move our pre-reserved room to a ground floor to avoid many trips up and down stairs. Slightly lower rating for facilities since pool, hot tub, and elevators were all out of commission, but we did not utilize these facilities."

"Really enjoyed our stay in this quaint older home. Only a couple of minute walk to the beach and close to everything in the cute village of Ontonagon. House had all of the amenities we needed and was pet friendly as well. Highly recommend. "

"Very nice house, aweson lake views. Only issue was that we paid for cleaning, and walked in and found nothing cleaned, washed...there was sand everywhere. We cleaned it ourselves, did all the bedding, towels, dishes and washed the floor. The next day we thought we were being broken into, turned out ot was the cleaning lady, arriving at 2pm a day late. Not cool to charge for zero service. Really want my cleaning fee refunded. Im guessing just a scheduling mistake, but I hate it when other peoples problems become mine, especially when I paid for it. "This was exactly what we needed to explore the area. The house was the perfect amount of space and had what we needed. The kids loved playing in the yard and a short distance to the beach and the Porcupine mountains. We loved the area. "
