"I had a lovely time. The house was very nice and clean. I loved the view from the big windows through the forest to the lake, and that I could walk down to the beach or sit on the deck and listen to the waves. It would have been nice to have some curtains or shades on the windows at night - especially in the bathroom and bedroom, but other than that, everything was really great. Overall, I had a very peaceful stay here."

"This property and hosts are amazing. Everything in the house was so well organized and thoughtful. Beautiful views of Lake Superior. The hosts also included so many extras. Things like a pasta dinner, lots of dry firewood, beach chairs, yooperlite flashlights and much more. We absolutely love this place and we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. Fantastic experience!"

"I loved our stay here! The custmer service was excellent! They were patient, gracious, pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and inviting. The jacuzzi tub in room was also clean and relaxing. The pool was a good size and the hot tub was a great way to relax after hiking. The breakfast was good with a few hot options like sausage, scrambled eggs and make your own waffles. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and I would recommend."

"Our Spring Break trip was great. Heidi was great at communicating, had Swedish crepes in the fridge when we arrived and alerted us of a good night to see the Northern Lights. We hiked the Porkies on three of our days and did road trips to Houghton and Calumet the other two days. "

"Every part of the cabin was beautiful and well maintained. The management was very nice and easy to contact. The location so near the Porcupine State Park was ideal. While not located right on the beach, there is a public beach a short drive from the property. "

"It was a wonderful home to enjoy winter. Beautiful lake ice to go look at from the decks. The house was done well enough to not howl in the fierce winds. So close to the park I could ski in the mornings, come back for lunch then go right back there rested.Because I don’t snowmobile I’m glad the tracks weren’t right on the property. We saw hundreds out and about but never heard or smelled one at the house."
