"Loved this hotel! We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite which was perfect for our family of 4. Weather in Da Nang wasn't great at the time of our visit, but the property, its staff, and the hotel amenities more than made up for it. Lots to do in the area even on a rainy day. "

"This hotel is decent. I stayed for a total of four nights. For the first two nights, I stayed in a partial sea-view room. The size of the room is ample. I can see My Khe beach from my window. My only complaint is that the wall is very thin. I can hear my neighbors talking and coughing. The next day, at breakfast, I complained to the staff member, Ms My(Hani). She was lovely. She upgraded my room to the sea view suite for free. I was so surprised. The sea-view suite I stayed for the second two...

"Best customer service in all departments! Room was clean, but can be cleaned better because of dust and webs. First I got a room on 8th floor, had mold. So I got changed to room on 11th floor, that was much better. I like the bathroom, great! The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, but the staff can practice food safety better. Afternoon tea was included, but it's just a small plate of similar items from breakfast. The swimming pool was nice and clean and new, though the water was very cold....

"It was good.But off point was they were very tipical about bedsheet stains and Bathroom towels.In room food menu was not provided.Had to pay cash after receiving order and not added to Hotel stay bill. That would have been more convenient.Rest was at good location and good staff behaviour,did massage for an hour with free steam and bath,very good exoericne."

"This property is so nice. The staff was extremely helpful. I don’t usually mention names, but it is very hard to forget Yummy, Lily, and Linda. They checked on us throughout our stay and they were very helpful in every aspect. The breakfast was good. The omelettes were cooked to order. I would like to mention the their spa provided the best foot massage that I have ever had in SE Asia. The room was always cleaned thoroughly. We were not able to experience the pool because it was rainy and cold, but it was really beautiful. This team or staff made our holiday season very relaxing."

"Loved the hotel. Stayed in a bungalow with a lagoon view for several nights and it was comfortable and spacious. Lots of amenities on site too. Staff were great. Location was great. Lots of good options for breakfast. Hotel has a shuttle bus into the town centre that runs multiple times a day. Also has private beach access. "

"Great pool, great breakfast, lovely staff, spacious room, quality gym. We only stayed there one day after a few days near Old Town, and although we had some rain the walk up to An Bang beach along the sand was nice (approx 3km). We also walked to dinner at a local restaurant called Mate's restaurant, which I also recommend for a quality fresh meal. "

"I had an awesome holiday at this location. Each day for breakfast, the staff personally gave me bacon that wasn't on the menu for others. Food selection was fabulous. All staff members were very courteous and wanted to ensure your stay was pleasant."
