"Property is walking distance to fresh food market, Sunday night market, good eating options and coffee bars and cafes. Easy walk to get fresh fruit and snacks. Breakfast buffet has plenty of cooked options and fresh fruit/bread options. Staff are very helpful and friendly. "This a really spacious, quiet, well- maintained property ouside of Chiang Mai, surrounded by a beautiful golf course. Away from the main roads and traffic, with clean air to breath. The room was clean and well- furnished, with a quiet balcony area. The pool area was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The breakfast and restaurant had good food and service, and the staff are friendly and attentive. "Don’t book on Expedia, once you get there, the owner said they don’t work with Expedia and you will be left stranded. "

"The staff were so kind from the start since I arrived in the morning. They took care of everything and were so courteous! The pool was awesome! The gym was a bit dated and some equipment wasn't working, but you really only need weights. The food was amazing as expected with choices for vegetarian. My only wish is if they would serve more noodles. I also loved the juice bar. The campus was paradise, especially at night. I would love to come back another time!"

"Loved our stay, the property was so hopeful and found us a driver to the temples in Chiang Rai when our driver didn’t show. Very clean and beautiful property and close to the airport with shuttle is nice."

"10 out of 10. One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The staff always welcomes you with a smile and are very accommodating. This is from front desk, to cleaning staff, to dining staff and transportation. The property is beautiful & extremely well kept. "

"The breakfast is really good and the lady’s that serve there were so sweeet! The receptionist and security guard were super helpful and sweet as well! The rooms were nice and spacious and came with a microwave which was very convenient. Housekeeping also did a spectacular job as well!"

"Service was excellent. Great hotel with very good breakfast. Our room was cleaned daily and was always fresh. However, the bed was against the wall and had only 1 nightstand. So for me to get in and out I had to climb from the bottom. "

"The hotel was extremely clean and convenient in a quite safe location with very walkable route to street markets and Night Bazaar which began at 5pm nightly. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The property also has a very full breakfast buffet and the sister hotel right next door “The Premier Empress” has a nightly buffet that was delicious. The breakfast buffet area latter serves lunch and dinner. There is a great message place steps away. The pool was very nice and not crowded but it might have been because we were there in January. Although the pool was not heated, it was very swimmable. There is also a sauna and fitness room on the same floor. Upon checkout, the staff called an UBER like service for us which equaled to approx. $6.00 US. It was a lovely stay. "
