"If you want somewhere basic and well located in Chiangmai old town, this is the place for you. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot. "We really enjoyed the industrial design of this location. The patient and friendly staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was nutritious and delicious every morning. The recommendations that all of the staff gave us were phenomenal. Matty was amazing, Patty gave us a solid Thai Massage recommendation. And Nathan showed us around the market near the university. If you are looking for a overall relaxed environment, with social events if you choose to do them, this is a great spot."
