"Beautiful hotel. Parking is a little difficult but we rallied though."

"From the moment we walked through that revolving door, we felt cared for. Due to a delayed flight, we were running late for a city tour. The desk staff jumped into action, a gentleman offered to park iur car and then drive us to our tour location. We dumped the luggage, changed our shirts and made it to our tour in time. The restaurant got us in for dinner earlier than our reservation and a good nights sleep followed. The mornings check out when just as well. I just cant say enough about the staffs kindness and willingness to help. "

"A beautiful stay for myself and my 1 year old. The staff were incredible, so friendly, so helpful and even remembered my son’s name the next morning on check out which was really lovely! Housekeeping were all smiles and their work in the rooms is fantastic! What would be amazing is if they had a child play park outdoors because the scenery is stunning! Beautiful walks and just peaceful! Special mention to concierge Neal who went the extra mile for myself and my son with luggage, showing me around the hotel and the walks available on the map. Really took the time! Such a pleasant gentleman and a credit to the hotel! Cannot wait to come back! Thank you to all! "

"Staff here are amazing. Katie from reception was extremely helpful allowing us to check in at 11.00am instead of 3pm. Aimie from reception was very pleasant also. Brandon the manager in restaurant was very nice and helpful. Dinner was lovely and breakfast was exceptional. Rooms are very nice but pillows are hard. Short walk to town"
