"Belfast Guesthouse Ensuite room was a great place to say in during our stay in Belfast. Walked into Belfast one day, only 2 miles but could have used the bus."

"Lovely little place to stay. We had the only downstairs room which I much preferred. 1 toilet upstairs but we were only there for 2 nights so didn’t mind. The owner was helpful & offered us to check in an hour early on the day. Good transport links to central Belfast, just needed to walk up the road and jump on the bus towards the city centre. Overall, we had a great stay. "

"Bathroom needs an upgrade and fresh paint"

"There was mould covering the bathroom. A hole in the bathroom floor covered by a mat and a strange, large mirror propped up opposite the shower head. The lights were hanging by bare cable in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Dirty towels left on the back of my bedroom door. The house smelled musty and looked dirty. The same for the bedroom. There was a notice to say the kitchen couldn't be used for cooking. Finally one of the owners/managers asked me to move my car because another guest wanted...

"This was a clean property. The owner was great thoughI did leave waste for the owner No real issues great proprietor. "

"Great location - very easy to get from Europa Bus Centre. Overall, I had a great stay - small rooms, so be prepared, but that’s obvious from the description and pictures. I stayed just as the COVID crisis began, and the staff were incredibly helpful in asking questions and helping visitors. I was OK with the room being cleaned every 3 days, but I would be nice to have a central trash bin for food trash (so that it doesn’t stay in the room for 3 days).
