Hot water off for one night and one day with no communication from staff to customer to let us know that we could not wash, shower, bath in warm water- discovered this ourselves first thing in the morning and phoned reception about this to let them know- they didn’t tell me even at that point that the whole hotel was experiencing the same problem due to a fault in the system. We were offered to go to a sister hotel to use their facilities for showering- totally inconvenient for people with limited time on a stay over. Early communication could have helped.
