"Perfect place for our crazy weekend of a family wedding. Plenty of rooms for all. Very clean and close to the required spots. The Christmas Story house was a major one. Tiny issue that was quickly handled by the host."

"We had a short getaway to Cleveland for a concert with our 2 boys and a few of their friends and this property was absolutely perfect! It allowed us all to be together, enjoy the company of everyone and have the space needed. It was fun, comfortable, and cozy. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect!! We are already planning our next stay! Hands down 5 stars!"

"My family of 5 had a great time at this house. We spent 10 days here. Had nightly fires, grilled out on the deck watching the sunset and even got some.fiahing in off the pier next door. We look forward to staying again."

"There were a few small hiccups but my issues were immediately responded to. Overall, its an old house that could use some updating. It's a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shopping nearby. The hot tub was great!"

"We were in Cleveland for a family member’s procedure at the Cleveland Clinic this was very conveniently located to the hospital and affordable it worked out wonderful for what we needed would definitely book again. The communication was wonderful. I also love the fact that they are giving a new life to an older home and an older neighborhood seeing the value in the neighborhood. Great Visit. "

"We stayed at Loft 40 for our wedding and hosted our reception dinner on the first floor, and the entire weekend was absolutely perfect. Everyone loved the space, it was perfect for photos, and had ample space for us to get ready. The outdoor area was perfect for beer pong, cornhole, and gave our guests plenty of room to spread out. We had a couple snafus over the weekend, by Tony was very communicative - he was also extremely flexible when our furniture rental company was 2 days late picking up...

"A great stay in a clean and organized home, with comfortable beds - located in a wonderful neighborhood. We were a family of 6 and were able to bring our dog. The neighborhood was great for walking and neighbors were friendly. The laundry room was locked but a quick note to the host and they promptly responded with how to gain entry. Would definitely recommend this house if you are seeing a show at the Beck Center (as we did). The house is close to so many wonderful things to do. "
