"We booked this property for a stay in the city while Music Conference was held at UTK. It was a short drive from the campus, and had everything we needed for our stay. Mo, the owner, was always available, and if there was any issues, they would help us out immediately! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet stay near the city. "

"It was a good location for our family. We were close to two other homes of friends we wanted to spend time with during the holidays. There was a very nice park nearby, and plenty of stores and restaurants. The owner even had a Christmas tree there waiting for us! Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed! Thank you, we enjoyed our time there."

"Quiet hours after 11:00 should be in the description. Our event ended late, so we tiptoed around and tried to be quiet. I’m picky and it was clean by my standards. Host was helpful in answering a couple of questions. Mattresses were not very comfortable but for one night it was ok."

"This is an adorable and historic home conveniently located in Oak Ridge. The home is well furnished including everything we needed in the kitchen. There were plenty of pillows/blankets and a washer/dryer for convenience. The home is clean, cute, and on a nice quiet street. We walked a few places while there. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Skipping Stone. Despite being there in February when it was COLD and snowing, the beauty of the lake and the comfy nature of the home made for a pleasurable stay. Bonnie has thought of everything and the home was stocked with all the kitchen tools we needed to make homemade meals. The bunk beds and cubbies will be wonderful if you have children. Enjoy your stay "
