"We loved staying at this cottage. It was so welcoming at the end of each day. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The environment of trees and nature surrounding us was so relaxing. Spent so much time on the porch for morning coffee and afternoon wine. Debra and Randy were wonderful hosts and kind people. We plan on coming back sometime soon!"

"Fantastic custom lake home close to Knoxville! The house was beautiful and clean. Views were stunning. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the trundle bed in downstairs bedroom. It was lacking a few kitchen items like some pizza trays but otherwise very well appointed. We didn’t get a check out to-do list which would’ve been helpful but not a huge issue. Host was very pleasant to work with. Definitely would stay here again in the future!"

"We stayed at this adorable cottage while visiting UT for grad school. It was only 15 minutes away to campus. The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed! It was decorated really cute and it felt like we were staying in a cute fairy tale cottage. Owner was super kind and helpful too!! Highly recommend!!"

"We had a relaxing stay! While the weekend got a little busy, we found that week days on the lake, and at the cabin were quiet and peaceful. We rented a boat from the Sugar Hollow Marina and were very pleased to discover how close by it was. The dock and the deck were wonderful places to hang out and enjoy the lake and the views. Thanks for sharing this special home."

"For the most part it was very quiet and peaceful. You are close to the road so you can hear the louder vehicles when they pass. The cabin is older but in very good shape. Everything worked as expected. Lovely deck with locking gates which was nice for taking the dog out. There is ample parking but if more than one car you will need to be strategic. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay and would rent again."

"This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)"

"The cabin and accommodations were fantastic. I would definitely book again. The only thing I would recommend working on is parking. We had a suburban and a 20’ trailer and it was difficult to get it parked. "

"This cabin is amazing! First of all, it is IMMACULATE! We live in the country so I know how hard it is to keep dust, bugs, spiders, etc. out of your home. But this place is spotless. It is very quiet with only the sounds of nature. Since we went during a dry spell, the creek was not flowing but we spent every minute of our free time on the back porch and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Scott was absolutely wonderful to deal with and the whole process was smooth as silk. I highly recommend this...
