Could use a more complete inventory of cooking utensil's and thorough inspection ie: a light bulb out in master br and outside trash receptacles were completely full and I had to move them out for collection and return to storage area. Otherwise very comfortable home and nice pleasant host."

"Our high school robotics team is attending a competition in Folsom, and we found this house a few days before our departure. The house is new, clean, and our team members really like it. We stayed here overnight and had a good experience. The only issue we encountered was with the Wi-Fi password—it wasn’t very clear. In the future, it would be helpful if the instructions were more straightforward."

"Easy check-in, beds were fresh and clean, great shower pressure and we had good night sleeps. However, it was only good for sleeping. This house was lacking homeyness because of all the rules and regs. We felt like we couldn't enjoy ourselves in this house because the owners were watching on their cameras at the front door and back patio, positioned to see movement through the sheer drapes into the kitchen. "Our stay was great! The property was clean, stocked full of dishes and furniture for us to use. The pool is such a bonus! The neighborhood is quiet, and the property is just beautiful. The host is accommodating and responsive. Overall A+, 5 Stars! Loved every part of it."
