"We spent a few days in East Lansing to tour MSU with my niece. The home was perfect! We immediately recognized the charm of the home with the screened in front porch with a comfy couch and chair to hang out. The home was impeccably clean! The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and breakfast bars which is a welcoming touch. The bathrooms had shampoo, condition and body wash. The linens and towels were very nice. We had a very minor snag at check-in and the owner was very apologetic and...

Exceptional stay

"We booked this hotel for a family wedding in the Lansing area. The hotel was clean. I can't say enough great things about the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The parking attendants were friendly and prompt with our car. We asked about food around the area. They gave us a great recommendation and a map on how to get their. The staff made our stay exceptional. Customer service is lacking in so many places on a days. But every staff person we talked with were friendly and helpful. All smiles. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
