"From reception to checkout, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady in the breakfast area this morning was over the top helpful - thankyou! The hotel itself was average and our room wasn't as clean as it might have been - crumbs and dust bunnies on the floor, room smelled stale. Staff was geeat though!"

"The initial desk clerk gave me inaccurate info about whether the hotel had onsite washer/dryer for public use. Upon speaking to the knowledgeable desk clerk over nights, I was given proper info and I was able to utilize the washer/dryer. The rooms were nice, clean and updated with modern conveniences. "Room was not ready when I checked in but the woman at the front counter was very apologetic about that. I understood and was told my room would be ready in an hour. That wasn't a big deal. Room was fairly clean. I had my two dogs with me and they found a couple of things probably underneath the bed but they aredogs and they snoop! The bed was comfortable The room was spacious. The area I felt safe in. Parking lot was well lit. Check out was easy. "
