"Hard to put into words how sirene and calming this place was for my son and I. An ama,ing way to camp but still be off the ground from rain and keep the mosquitos away. The river was so peacful and calming to stare at. The shower is nice and cold, perfect for in the summer, and the enclosed bathroom was perfect. If you want to camp but still have some creature comforts, this is your place. The owners were super cool when they checked to see if we needed anything. I will be coming back for sure"

"Perfect place for a relaxing getaway! We paddle boarded on the Suwannee river and swam in it! Loved Hart Springs, too. Walked up and down the dirt road with our dog. Made arts and crafts on the front porch. Cooked meals together. Ate together. Laughed. Relaxed! Some recommendations- We brought our own water filter as the water there smells like sulfur! Highly recommend you do, too! The grill did not seem to work- the temperature gauge is out. So we grilled over the fire we made in the barrel....

"Fabulous cabin getaway on the Suwannee River! Beautifully furnished and decorated inside. Great room layout with open concept kitchen, dining room, and TV room/den. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. "We were very pleased with this cute tiny home. It was clean and well stocked. The only complaint, if I had one, would be that the bedroom was unusually warm so I'm glad I took my little fan. It did cool down after the 1st night. Overall, great weekend getaway at the Salty Scallop! Would definitely recommend for a couples retreat at Keaton 😊"
