"This is one of the most beautiful comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in and we have been throughout Europe on many trips! The staff were lovely, the room spectacular, breakfasts delicious and overall an amazing experience within which to enjoy Antwerp. "Hotel was amazing Staff incredible But we had massages and facials It was horrible, she played the same song over and over The facial was excruciating the scrub I asked to remove She just lathered us in oil, it was the worst we ever had. I told the front desk, was told they never had complaints. Not sure if that is how it is done in Europe, but never again. We ended up staying at another hotel when we returned to Antwerp "
