A hotel that offers what for a hotel it's core business is: a friendly staaf, comfortable and clean room and a good bed. The facilities are very limited and conveniently located in the centre of Antwerp in the very neighbourhood of the Central station, the environment is quite dirty.

Perfect for a weekend break - right in the heart of the city so walkable to all the main areas. Was immaculately clean, easy parking with was very secure. Felt safe and welcomed by staff. Rooms don’t insulate corridor noise too well, so can hear other guests, if they’re on the louder side.

Most rooms of this hotel give onto a wall of a neighbouring property. Guests have no light and no view in most rooms. It is quite misleading and disingenuous. Do not stay in this hotel.

The hotel was just an 8 minute walk from the train station and near lovely places to eat (a list of local restaurants was provided at reception). All the staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly

My single room had everything I needed. It was quiet. But I would have appreciated more artwork on the walls: it felt rather bland. Also, a residents lounge would be a very welcome touch: the seating area near the reception desk was not particularly inviting.

We had issues with our Wi-Fi and our first Room smelled like cigarettes. But the staff was incredible and moved us to better rooms. They were extremely accommodating. The location couldn’t have been better.

The room was fantastic—clean, spacious, and the bathroom was especially nice. I appreciated the eco-friendly feature where you insert your card to activate the lights. The service was incredible; I forgot my phone charger at my previous hotel, and the front desk had one I could borrow. The downstairs area was inviting, and I enjoyed ordering Uber Eats to eat in the lobby. I felt very safe in the area, even at night. I had no issues at all and only wish I could have stayed longer than one night!

The room was modern and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice if the room had USB outlets. The breakfast room was a little too crowded to our liking and the food was a little bland although the variety was good. The location was excellent and was close to the shopping area, train station and bus terminal.

Well located and good service
This modern hotel is super comfortable. It is located close to two pre-subway stations and Antwerp's central train station. The room was super clean and even though my room looks out on Frankrijlei, a major boulevard, I barely heard any noise. The only thing I did not like was the absence of a paying laundromat.
