In the late afternoon/early evening they have what they call an "Apertivo" 3 hours when you can help yourself to drinks and nibbles on the house which is a nice touch. "Great location very cute. No closet space to hang clothes but super cute! There’s lots of stairs which was tough for my 79 year old mother and we had mosquitoes inside the house but host responded and dropped off mosquito repelent. A little difficult to find but overall great location "

"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights.
