"Friendly staff. We arrived prior to check in and they were willing to hold our bags, but found out our room was ready and we could bring them up. We stayed in the wellness room and the tub, shower, and sauna worked and clean directions were provided. We had a great stay. "

Concierge not only mapped out our route for our tours but offered to help arrange other tours! Room and staff were exceptional! My only regret is that we only stayed 1 nite!"

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, amenities are great, and the location of the hotel is very central. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do (besides Keukenhof, but that’s far from Amsterdam). "
