"Friendly staff. We arrived prior to check in and they were willing to hold our bags, but found out our room was ready and we could bring them up. We stayed in the wellness room and the tub, shower, and sauna worked and clean directions were provided. We had a great stay. "

"We were greeted immediately by concierge. The room was not available at 9am, but we could still check in. Agent even offered to call me when room was ready! Concierge not only mapped out our route for our tours but offered to help arrange other tours! Room and staff were exceptional! My only regret is that we only stayed 1 nite!"
