"As large as the Chateau Frontenac is, many of the staff remember us. We're always greeted with smiles. The most recent time that we stayed there, we were chatting with some of the staff members. When we wished them well and prepared to leave, I overheard one of them say "Her mother used to work here." He was recalling a note that I left a few years ago, describing my mom's enjoyment at working the front desk back in the 1940s."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and we can walk to all attractions. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Bathroom, bed, everything are excellent. Alex at the front desk gave us good suggestions and we enjoyed the onion soup at lower town. We visited the restaurant Les Mordus on the main floor and it is great. Thank you and we will visit again when we next visit Quebec City. "
