"This was our first time here. The staff was very friendly. It was very clean, comfortable and very homey feeling. The only down side was the fact that there are no blackout shades/curtains. This was the first weekend that they served breakfast for the season so it wasn't that great but the coffee was very good. We will go back again."

"Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Three things of note: the stairs are very steep/ high so anyone with knee or hip issues might have a hard time getting up the two flights. The sleeper couch is old and tired and needs replacing. My back did not allow me to sit on it as there is absolutely no support and the cushions were sagged through. We were there before bug season, but I hope the screens are repaired before it kicks in as there are large gaps that would not keep the bugs out!We loved our stay though. It is absolute perfection if you crave shoreline/views/open water! Clean and sparkling new and shiny as well! We have already reserved for next year! "
