This beautiful oceanfront condo is a perfect spot for your next beach getaway. Boasting beach views, you'll be able to soak in the sound of the crashing waves while sipping your morning cup of joe! Located right between Surfside and Old Orchard Beach, you'll be surrounded by fun activities, entertainment, and shopping. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the condo! Palace Playland is a family-friendly amusement park with 28 rides and Maine's largest arcade and it's only half a mile away!

The condo has everything you may need to feel right at home during your stay including a fully equipped kitchen and a private washer and dryer unit for laundry. There is plenty of seating for dining both inside and outside!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful getaway
You can't get any closer to the beach than this! Beautiful condo, just what we wanted for a quick late winter getaway. Very close to the main strip of Old Orchard/ Palace Playland, so would be a great summer stay also.

Stay was fine. Location good. Quite for this time of here expected. Toilet first floor bath spewed water all over floor as hose in tank was not hooked up. I put hose back on but someone needs to double check. Darker curtain shades would be nice more choices for tv would be nice as well.

Great little condo. Right on the beach! Balcony is wonderful, as is the view from the master. Second bedroom is definitely a “kids” room with the two bunk beds. Garage was great for a car, would not fit the height of a truck

Quiet and comfortable
My husband, our two boys and I had such an amazing mini getaway in this beautiful condo. It was quiet because it’s the off season for OOB. It was exactly what we needed. Falling asleep listening to the ocean, sitting on the balcony with morning coffee, and the gorgeous view from the master bedroom were my favorite things about our stay. The beds were comfortable and we had so much fun exploring the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall very good
This is in such a great location. Quiet except for the ocean waves. There are many stairs to get into the unit, so please look elsewhere if you have mobility issues. It gets incredibly hot in the bedrooms and there was no AC. We had a hard time sleeping due to this. The ocean breeze is not an effective cooling source on the 4th floor. We loved sitting on the deck, watching the sunrise though. Very easy beach access.

Amazing view
This place was clean and comfortable. The view was great and the amenities were fine. Plenty of towels and linens, and the washer/dryer are helpful. Just be aware of the garage situation, it is extra tight, intact, folding in your mirrors is needed. You can not park on the street overnight so take that i to consideration. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others

We really enjoyed our stay here. The proximity to the beach cannot be matched. We were surprised however that there was no air conditioning. I somehow missed that in the listing. Additionally the dryer was out of order and we were unable to do laundry which was an unexpected inconvenience. Overall the place is nice and as represented in the listing. We enjoyed our stay. Every single thing was perfect, right from the moment we walked in the door. The condo was immaculate, and beautifully decorated. It was very inviting and we felt right at home. I loved the little things they did for us- like providing dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. The little heart stickers on sealing the toilet paper and paper towels were so cute. We left a signed seashell as we saw other travelers had done as well. The beach was beautiful and so close, just steps from the building. It was easy to get in, and easy to check out. It did take me a hot second to figure out how to lock the door when we left, but it was easy after I figured it out. I definitely want to go back.

The condo was in a great location but was not super clean (some dusting and heat units in the bathrooms were not clean. It was just after tourist season is winding down so not a lot to do in OOB but Portland is still very busy with little parking or most parking is expensive. Beautiful areas though.

Pleasantly surprised
Home was very well appointed and looked directly onto the beach. The only confusion was the property is listed as Scouten but it is actually located in a complex with a different name. After calling Vacasa, who answered immediately we were able to rectify the confusion. The condo is on the 2nd floor with several steps and the bedrooms are up a flight of steps as well. No elevators available for the building.

Everything for everyone.
The place was perfectly accommodating; just enough space, just enough quiet, just enough proximity to town, just enough ocean and sun and beach. The kitchen was stocked appropriately so that we could make some things on our own, in between eating at so many local establishments. Having 2 bathrooms was a must with 3 teenagers. Beach chairs made it so much easier and we didn’t have to pack or buy them. The location made it easy to head North to Portland and South to York on excursions for part of our days. The beds were very comfortable but the mattress protectors could be upgraded to a more breathable material and the bed skirt is definitively aged but still very much functional. Seeing our girls reading at the master window was such a sweet sight! Lots of furniture on the porch but very functional. Only one couch in the living room was fine, we lived in the porch couch and chairs instead! I think you’ll see us again!

Great Expectations
After many VRBO rental experiences this one was very disappointing. I’ve never rented from VRBO where the host was a property management company; will know to look for this in the future. I’m providing feedback to Vacasa as well. Here are my issues: 1) it was not clear in the rental description that this condo building is neither heated or A/C 2) it was not made known to any of us renting in this building that it was being repainted (scraping, priming, paint) and that this would be daily from early in the morning until after 5:30 pm. 3) lightbulbs burned out in lamps throughout the condo. Dead batteries in TV remote. 4) closets/under kitchen sink were filthy and junk 5) fan in primary bedroom was filthy; didn’t even want to use and did not. 6) kitchen poorly equipped. Sheet pans dirty/crusted with food 7) outside porch overcrowded with too much furniture. Table and chairs too big for size of porch. I don’t know the last time anyone from Vacasa or the owner made a deep assessment of this unit but it’s overdue. I will say that Vacasa was very prompt in delivering a toaster to our unit and replacing the dead batteries in the electronic keypad a couple of days into our stay. We did find the original toaster by the way about halfway thru our stay….. on top of the dryer in the stacked laundry closet. We didn’t think to look there!

Great Get Away
The view and location are amazing. The house was very comfortable for the three adults on our trip. It’s also very suitable for a family with kids as one of the rooms has two bunk bed sets. It’s comfortable, cozy, and completely relaxing. Within walking distance of the pier and entertainment. Great place to stay.
