"The customer service was TOP NOTCH….. the gentleman working there was absolutely exceptional! When we arrived at our room the tv wasn’t working we called him and he fixed it immediately! The room was smaller than expected but clean! For downfalls the bed was hard and the train going by 3 times throughout the “quiet time” set forward by hotel. We was awoken by the train whistle 3 times throughout the night…. However I should of known that the train track was located right behind the hotel!...

"The room was large, comfortable, and clean. We stayed here in late January, so we didn't go to the beach, but it was right outside our back door giving us a beautiful view. The breakfast, which was included, was excellent. The restaurant is part of the complex and provides a regular breakfast menu, not a continental breakfast. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again."

"-Had been taken over by Old Orchard Inn, we were not notified. Wifi for Atlantic Birches did not work (ever), no one in the inn to ask questions of, even during the day. -No breakfast in the inn, had to walk down the street to Old Orchard Inn with wet hair for what was a woeful breakfast. First morning was kid's cereal (literally only choice), stale bagels, hard boiled eggs, bad coffee. Another guest told us about yogurt (all sweet) in a small refridg. "It was off-season great place for us To stay for a couple of days very quiet"

"Had an amazing time there. You could tell that people who stayed there previously were not kind to the stuff in the room, but overall the room was nice and spacious. Only downside is that we were on the top floor and there are no elevators in the building we were in. The bed also wasn't the most comfortable either."

"This was our first time staying here and we both enjoyed it very much. It was very nice to have a ground floor room. We used the jacuzzi tub in the room which was something neither of us have had at a hotel before. Check in and out was very easy and straight forward with the staff being very friendly and communication was great."

"There was plenty of room in the townhouse unit. Our only issue - and I hesitate to call it an issue, more a desire - is that they would have spent more on the details when they updated the units. The sofa portion of the sofa bed is shedding the leather, the bed portion of it is a bob-o-pedic and was severely stained on both sides. It's tough to tell which light switch does what in some areas. One of the ceiling fans was really wobbly. The upstairs AC had not been cleaned in quite some time and...

"Pros: beachfront, fair price, clean room Cons: open balcony on beachfront allowed smokers to smoke on the deck in front of room…because we had chain smokers staying next door, the outside area was constantly filled with cigarette smoke so we were not able to enjoy the deck. Uncomfortable mattress"
