"This is a charming boutique hotel in the historic district. Many restaurants, shopping and sites are just a short walk away. The hotel is very new so all the amenities were pristine. We had issues with our room safe and the staff took very good care of us to alleviate the problem. Would highly recommend this hotel to visitors of Lisboa."

"I stayed here with my daughter. The bathroom is odd as it’s in the room divided by a glass wall with little privacy. The room size is small. The shower was defective. Other than that it’s a clean place to stay. The customer service is very good. "

"The hotel is okay and clean. Hospitality service is lacking. You will not be greeted by any welcoming remarks or even a smile. I was greeted by a dry “How may I help you?” The elderly gentleman seemed overwhelmed by the check-in process. No “goodby or thank you” when you hand over the keys. Breakfast is a self-serving buffet, but if you wish to order any eggs, you need to seek out the attendants which will be chatting or texting in the bar area.
