The mattress was nothing but springs and unacceptable for a child to have to sleep on. We purposely booked a room with a pull out couch since we have two kiddos with us. "

"This was a very clean hotel and the breakfast was really good. I love the cinnamon rolls. The lady working the breakfast came to ask if anyone needed anything. The only issue we had with this stay was because I used my Hotel. Com rewards-for my stay. At check in I was told the amount for the room but had to show my receipt that said $0. Evidently, Hotels. Com sends the hotel a temporary card with the payment. Just be sure to check with Hotels. Com if using your rewards. This is something new since they did the One Cash thing with Expedia, VRBO and Hotels.com. There was not a problem with this Holiday Inn Express. It was just a Hotels.com issue."
