"The Pros: This is a brand new trailer that's very nice, it has a great porch, fire pit, lake view and small pond to fish in. There's also a swing, baby pack-n-play and pretty much everything you could need. We even had some deer walk right past us one evening. The Cons: The exterior isn't kept up to the same standards the interior is. Spent a half hour cleaning the front porch before we could use it. The grass is very tall and there's a lot of old junk sitting and three partially collapsed old...

"Family time for 3 days with our adult college kids. Very remote and spacious. Clean home with comfy beds. Enjoyed the dock with fishing and tubing. Upstairs game table and large space was nice to have. Thanks for having us and our doggies!"

Main reason didn’t give overall 5 rating was cooking pans/skillets needed replacing and kitchen faucet difficult to turn off; back porch needed cobwebs removed from furniture .Manager very helpful with any issues.."
