"The front desk employee at check in was the absolute sweetest and very helpful. The mid century decor is so well put together. Our only complaint was the pull out couch. The mattress was nothing but springs and unacceptable for a child to have to sleep on. We purposely booked a room with a pull out couch since we have two kiddos with us. "

"Keep in mind they charge a $250 deposit upon arrival and blame their websites for it. Disrespectful and rude ownership. The parking lot is very small if you own a commercial vehicle, and there are too many cats wandering around at night, even though they don’t accept pets. I don’t recommend this place. Stay somewhere else."

"This was a very clean hotel and the breakfast was really good. I love the cinnamon rolls. The lady working the breakfast came to ask if anyone needed anything. The only issue we had with this stay was because I used my Hotel. Com rewards-for my stay. At check in I was told the amount for the room but had to show my receipt that said $0. Evidently, Hotels. Com sends the hotel a temporary card with the payment. Just be sure to check with Hotels. Com if using your rewards. This is something new...

"We had additional fees at check in, bed sheets were stained, the tv. did not work due to poor internet connections. Bed was extremely soft and had to check in and wait to get $30 deposit back at check out, have never had to do that. I could have stayed cheaper in a nicer place without a reservation. "The long term tenants made me very uncomfortable for my stay. The receptionist was very kind to inform of the situation, however I could not stay there due to the circumstances. Police presence was there when we left for dinner and I could not return to the premises for the unsafe feeling. I let the staff know and they were kind."
