"The front desk manager was very helpful upon check in. Gave us great recommendations for dinner around the area. Only stayed 1 night. Only complaint is the water in the pool and hot tub are a greenish murky color. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shady Rest in Eufaula! We were only there for an overnight stay and wish that we could have stayed longer. The area and the house were very quiet - our sleep was awesome! We were traveling with dogs; they really enjoyed the calm, quiet neighborhood for their walk the following morning - we felt completely safe walking on the streets of the small community and were treated with a beautiful sunrise over the lake. The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed for our brief stay. I was particularly enchanted with the super cute washcloth display in the bathroom - I'm not sure why, but it made me smile to see so many washcloths arranged like art. The hosts were friendly, but fully respected our space and privacy. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance."
