"The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty. No shampoo, conditioner, soap or dish washer soap. No information or how do use booklet. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. We open the...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 teenagers), especially the kitchen area. Enough bedrooms to split everybody and everybody was comfortable. Location was great, close to Metro store, Jean Coutu and the subway (we love Montreal subway so easy to navigate), and close to, apparently, a very popular Smoked Salmon store (and we tried it). "This was a last minute booking for us as our original host canceled 2 days before arrival. This house has been recently updated and has some great features, but some unfinished areas as well. There was lots of areas that were dusty and items found under couches, therefore not cleaned well. The Host was very helpful with any requests we had and responded in a timely manner. "

"What a beautiful place by the lake. It was really just a little piece of paradise! This cabin has the best spot on this amazing looking lake. We did a lot of reading by the water, swimming, kayaking, peddle boarding and peddle boating. Inside the cabin there is everything you need to have a wonderful time. It is fully packed with board games, dvds/vhs, full kitchen, sitting area, dining area overlooking the lake and all sorts of floating devices and boats. We were on a 5 week trip coming...
