"Close to downtown Hamilton, quiet and nice staff "

"Staff took a long time to check in and if there were issues with the bill it also took them a long time to revolve, found the entire process very slow. BUT they were super kind, and professional. This hotel is downtown Hamilton so surrounding area is a bit seedy but the hotel is great and right across from convention center so super handy! Starbucks and a booster juice close by made for a very happy daughter! Rooms were clean and generally good value for money. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now, and always enjoy it. The property is clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. The $15 underground parking fee is reasonable for the area vs. city parking where your car is out in the open. Room was comfortable and quiet. "
