"The wonderful house with very large and beautiful garden included all we needed. All bed rooms are vary spacious as are the entrance, kitchen and living. The large pool (depth up to 2,0m) is surrounded a sunny lawn with lounge chairs. We had all our meals on the veranda. The house in conveniently (by car) located to bakery, supermarket, nice cities, beach and other activities."

"Beautiful property with lovely views with everything you could possibly need catered for. The swimming pool was always inviting and Sofia was always at hand when needed. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away from it all but still within a short drive from the lovely town of Ponte de Lima and also only half hour drive from the likes of Braga and 40 minutes from Porto which were all worth a visit."

"My stay at this place was great, very quiet place, big property with small vineyards and a great swimming pool. Mr Ernesto was great and flexible with the check in and out (5stars to that) Nice couple of rooms for a couple each, kitchen is full equipped but oven (has a wooden oven outside) The only thing that I can mention is a lack of a full indoor living room which the bit outside is great for it any time of the day if good weather... if not is also ok and you always can burn some wood/coal...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Mutter des Vermieters wohnt unten und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral so dass wir Ausflüge zu den Orten im Norden an den Flüssen Minho und Lima, zur nahen Küste, nach Braga, Guimaraes und Porto unternehmen konnten. Barcelos sollte man unbedingt am Donnerstag besuchen, wenn dort Markt ist."

"We had a wonderful time at Margarida’s place-she’s truly thought of everything! We were a group of 10 family members including a baby, 6 year old and 11 and 14 year old. We all felt we had our own privacy and there were lots of places to eat and chill out around the property. The photos do not do this place justice! Margarida was a wonderful host and was on hand on the phone if we needed her but allowed us our privacy at the same time. We would love to return!"

Das alte, schön hergerichtete Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück neben dem Haus der Vermieter, die den Garten auch nutzen, aber so, dass man sich nicht gegenseitig stört. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen auch mit den Tieren (Hunde, Hühner und Katze) die auch auf dem Grundstück umherlaufen. "After a few days in Lisbon, we were ready to decompress, and this was just the place to relax. It's in a very small town without many amenities, but there is a great kitchen and supermarket just a few min walk away. The property is immaculate, and very modern. We really appreciated the quiet nights of drinking wine and playing cards, and stretching in the morning with the bright sun and beautiful deck."

"The home is in a beautiful, peaceful location. There are many fruit trees, a pond, a swimming pool, and cute farm animals including baby sheep. Our family enjoyed the home and grounds very much. Francisca was a hospitable and gracious host. She gave us a tour of the grounds upon our arrival and provided provisions for breakfast, including eggs fresh from her chickens. We would return again to this home and recommend it to anyone looking for wonderful scenery. Our kids loved it, too!"

"We loved the little bungalow we stayed in for one night. We booked it because it was close to the Porto airport and perfect for a short stay. The bonus was how close to the Ocean it was and the great caliber of the restaurants on the shore. The only difficult part was check-in. The receptionist was surly and ignored us for 25 minutes, without acknowledgng us at the front desk, while she was on a phone call. Cute spot and very convenient."
