Very swish establishment, great central location, restaurant adequate but best to eat out to get the best of local cuisine. Breakfast filling but coffee and orange juice a bit lacking in taste.

I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff I’ve encountered was always pleasant. The young lady that checked me in was very professional and extremely sweet, and she’s a great ambassador of yours. The food at the restaurant was delicious too, and the Spa circuit was nice. Viana is such a beautiful place. I loved going to the Monte of St. Luzia, which has breathtaking views of the river and the ocean; it’s fantastic! The only thing that needs attention is the carpets which are not bad by any means, but the normal wear and tear is noticeable. I want to come back to this property. My experience was fantastic! Thank you!

Everything was perfect and 4 Stars except one thing. I should not have to get up from the pool or outdoor patio to find a cocktail or snack. A server should be visible and available every 10/15 minutes. I am on business or vacation and should not have to work to spend money.

Atendimento em tudo precisa melhorar em tudo. A primeira palavra é sempre “não”. Quando um hotel não entende que uma pessoa sai da casa dela, e elege esse lugar para ser um lar temporário, o mínimo que necessita é ser acolhido. Infelizmente não ocorre nesse hotel. Atendimento péssimo em tudo, da recepção, restaurante, camareira… enfim… precisam de um bom treinamento para saber tratar um cliente. Um exemplo foi deixar as toalhas molhadas penduradas… ver que estavam sujas e ignorar.
