"Amazing place to stay! Staff was wonderful and treated us so well especially my 2 kids. Surprised my daughter for her birthday. Rooms were clean, hotel was walking distance to wherever we needed to go. Onyx bar was really nice and breakfast at the hotel was wonderful! I would definitely come back again with my family. "The Mandarin Hotel is always a good choice, but there were a few missteps with the in room dining and housekeeping service, which was disappointing, given the reputation of this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the staff very helpful and courteous. The location is ideal as it is close to shopping and the old town for sightseeing."

"This hotel was in a convenient location for my meetings. However, the actual hotel building is quite old. Check In was extremely slow - it took me a full 30 minutes from arriving at Reception to getting my room key. - there were only 2 people in front of me and there were no problems. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful. However, it is quite expensive so make sure that you are hungry enough to justify the breakfast buffet cost.
