"Confusing to find from Yokohama Station with the pedestrian overpasses. The front door is not easy to see from the point as there's no banner. Very friendly staff, spoke very good english. Love the amenities bar in the lobby, they had face wash, lotion, oil, bath salts, the best mouth wash, hair ties. Very cute they give you a coin for the gashapon they have in the lobby. Their lounge is great! Free drinks (coffe/tea/pop), microwave, lots of tables, and free yokohama playing cards as a souvenir!...

"I stayed for four nights with my boyfriend and we were both impressed with the hotel! The on-site coin laundry was one of the best laundry facilities I've ever seen. Though we didn't use the on-site restaurant it was a super convenient option. The room was clean and was refreshed daily while we were out and about. The shower had amazing water pressure and the bathroom was larger than we expected! Check in and check out processes were fast and easy! Altogether we had a great stay!"

"I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu. "This is one of my favorite hotels, ever. Quiet, dark, authentic, traditional. Great breakfast (get the Japanese menu) great staff, great beer in the lobby, the rooms are fantastic, the private sauna is something you need to do for yourself. It’s a great location right near Bashamichi St with a great Starbucks across the street, konbini nearby, many stations and trains nearby, walking distance to the waterfront, Chinatown, great food and great bars. This is where I will always stay when I visit the amazing city of Yokohama. Don’t think about it, just book it, very highly recommended!"
