"Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? "

"We arrived within weeks of Hurricane Helene but this locale was just right for what we needed. I planned a vacation with my elderly mom and it was perfect for us. It had beach access, located near major roads and on the main drag. We didn’t eat in, but could’ve. It was just right for us."

"Love this place! Outdoor kitchen in the back and front covered patio with seating in front made outside living easy! Updated kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Home was spotless and you can see the attention to detail in everything! Would go back in a heartbeat. Cute yellow electric car to rent !"

"We arrived and instructions were good. We got into house looked around and found the pool was very green and not swimmable. Was disappointed in this. Sent a message but it was not addressed. "

"We stayed at the villa Italia for the whole month of October. We loved everything about this home! From the first contact with Christine, to the day we had to say goodbye, I would have to say PERFECT is the best word to describe our stay. Christine has thought of everything possible that you would need which was truly wonderful. The beds are extremely comfy and the screened in porch overlooking a pond was our favorite spot to hang out. I only hope it is available when we make our next trip...

"We had 20 from 7 different families and states joining together for a family reunion / birthday celebration. We loved the amount of space and bedrooms available. The pool and outdoor play space was exceptional to keep all the kids active as well as the garage game room. We hope that the hurricane that forced an abrupt end to our stay did little damage to this beautiful property!"

"The location was great. Very clean property. Loved the fact it had all the necessities. Out of habit I bought extra items but they were not necessary. Had everything that was needed to enjoy the beach. Loved the quietness of the location and its easy access to other beaches, stores, and restaurants. Will definitely keep this place on our list for future travel."
