We loved being able to walk out the door and be at the beach in just a few steps with the bonus of having a pool by the beach! And the host, Grace, is super friendly and responsive! "We had a great week in Clearwater Beach. Our cottage was spacious, clean and a close walk to everything. We enjoyed having the outdoor space and used the outdoor grill. The only thing we had trouble using were the TV’s. They weren’t easy to navigate. We would, gladly, stay again"

"The house was just as advertised and was a great location for all of the traveling we did during our stay. The access to highways was quite easy and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house was clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend this house."

"Cozy comfortable cottage 1 minute walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. Newly remodeled cottage and our host Vivian was very responsive for a couple of items needed for our stay (broom & cutting board), they arrived promptly! I believe the cottage had reopened a week or two before our arrival. I recommend a stay here. "

"Loved the location on North beach. In walking distance to everything. We didn’t have a car so parking wasn’t a issue for us. The property is small but would be fine for shorter stays. It is the back rental of the property so no view. Short walk to the beach. Only con was the 2 beach chairs they provided need to be replaced. "

"My husband and I needed a long weekend getaway and were thrilled with this trip. Was 10 out of 10. Just what we needed. Had the best view and room was perfect for our weekend getaway! Only a few minutes from the airport and they pay for a Lift driver to and from the airport. Did not rent a car and were able to walk to dinner both nights (about 15-20 min) and there was a little market near one of the restaurants we picked up a few things to make breakfast. However they have a great little eatery...
