"Good spacious apartment easy to check in/out close to many amenities, the only issue we had was the shower which was playing up and water temperature was too hot or too cold never in between but rather than that everything else ok"

The small condominium is beautifully maintained and mainly occupied by long term residents making it a very quiet and safe oasis. Communication with Sandra the owner is excellent. "We really enjoyed our stay at João property it is in a great location near to the beach with shops and restaurants closeby it gets busy for parking in the daytime but I always found a space later when finished for the day, the condo was really nice, clean with all facilities and comfy beds the pool was great for a morning swim no one turns up until 10:30 so we had it to ourselves! The air con was a much needed extra with the heat getting upto near 40deg, all messages to João were answered...

"Má limpeza. Quartos cheios de lixo. Quartos de banho sujos. Louça suja. Falta de toalhas e as que havia, com um cheiro horrível. Jogamos pelo seguro e tivemos de lavar tudo, roupa de cama, atoalhados. Ralo do terraço entupido, causando inundação. Ligamos à pessoa responsável. Não atendeu, não devolveu chamada. "Een vreemde start, omdat de eigenaar ons nog niet verwacht had op die dag. Gelukkig werd het snel geregeld door tussenkomst van VRBO, het appartement werd haastig schoongemaakt waar we bij stonden. Dat liet nog wel wat te wensen over, hier kunnen wij geen 5 sterren voor geven. De locatie en het appartement waren prima, het enige wat we ongemakkelijk vonden, was dat er veel spullen van de eigenaar stonden in keuken en badkamer.Misschien omdat hij ons nog niet verwacht had."

"This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! I did complain to the management company there was only 1 wine glass, the toaster only worked on one side, the pillows were so badly stained without any...

"The apartment is close to the village supermarket, car park, swimming pools, playground and just 8 minutes walk to our favourite beaches in Portugal. It is comfortable, homely and kept very clean. Excellent contact with the owner, Greta. All in all a fantastic holiday!"
