"Facilities so beautiful, peaceful and impeccably clean. staff were all amazing... Terese, JoJo, Helena, Martin, Justin... all top notch.. friendly, helpful and professional! We had one little issue that our bathroom window wouldnt open, and it was fixed in an instant after asking. "Absolutely fantastic property on the beach with a small pool. All modern amenities. Fabulous property manager. Look bed walking for miles on sandy beaches and walking next door to Tippy’s for great food, drinks and music. An absolutely fantastic place to stay. We will be back. "

Christmas at the beach!

"Great location! Only steps to the beach. Stars are amazing. Sound of waves can be heard from the deck. Sunrise from the front deck each morning was wonderful. Sunset off the side deck is also great! Kitchen is well stocked for coooking and nice that staples were left behind from past guests, inlcuding extra drinking water. Be sure to go to the Island Farm store and the Market in Rock Sound was impressively stocked, especially for us as vegetarians who coooked most of our meals at Tradewinds. Information provided by host on nearby beaches, stores and restaurants was very helpful in our planning and considering what to do each day. Host was also very responsive with suggestions and help of any kind. December was a little too cold for us to use the pool but it was cleaned everyday in case we wanted to take a plunge. The secluded beaches, the adventurous roads, the wonderful shops and stores, the very helpful residents and shop owners, and Island Farm are the reasons we will be returing as soon as we can! "

Location is top notch

"We loved our stay at the Purple Papaya. The location, steps from the beach, is unmatched. Having Tippy’s nearby is a plus for easy access to food, and the music wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was nicely appointed with seasonings and utensils for us to prepare our own meals. Loved waking up to the sunrise over the ocran"

Best Vacation Ever

"Aqua Villa is a beautiful property and is exactly as described. The view from the deck will be your screen saver as you move through out the house. Easy access to an amazing beach where we snorkeled and took the Kayaks out. We saw many different kinds of fish, a sting ray and even a small Lemon Shark. The house is centrally located so we were able to drive to both the southern and northern parts of the island with ease. Grocery stores, shops and some of the best restaurants are all within a 10 minute drive. We had a few minor issues but the homeowner was quick to resolve them. We had the time of our lives staying in this beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again."

Stunning Beachfront House, Walk to Tippys! Pool Table, Foosball, POOL!

Perfect piece of paradise

"House was perfectly located on insanely gorgeous beach with reef nearby. Went snorkeling, used the kayaks a ton, saw sharks (little lemons and a nurse - nothing to worry about, rays and dolphins right in front of the house. Walked to Tippy's every other day for lunch. Relaxed in the infinity pool at the end of each day with perfect view of the beach below. We only explored the island one day (Glass window, Queen's bath and Hatchet bay caves) because we didn't want to leave the property as it had everything we needed to unwind and enjoy the perfection that is Eleuthera. Sherman was awesome and only a phone call away for any help that was needed and the owners were immediately responsive to answer any questions we had."
