"We stayed in Terminal 3 for a week. The property has a shared pool and hot tub and we were lucky that the other 2 units were not in use so we had the place to ourselves. We had come for a SCUBA vacation but the weather did not cooperate (too windy) so we were only able to snorkel which we did nearly every day - snorkeling quite good at multiple sites around the island. Definitely need a rental car for this property since it is in the middle of the island (about an hour drive south of the main international airport). We had to do a lot of driving and initially thought it might have been better to stay further north. However, as the week passed we were able to explore many beaches from north to south tips of Eleuthera so the location was actually quite good. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small (but adequate) and the kitchen is well stocked with most everything you need. It takes a couple of tries to find groceries that you need but worth cooking in a bit because even casual restaurants are quite expensive - expect to pay twice what you might pay in the states and many places prefer to be paid in cash. Overall, a reasonable place to stay - not luxurious but comfortable for a family vacation."

"The villa was very nice. Plenty of room for my family of five (kids aged 5, 12 and 14). Bathrooms are small but adequate. Nice family room and kitchen area to congregate. Great location around the middle of Eleuthera. Lots of good beaches and some of the best things to see/do within 30 min or so. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night (it was too cold for the pool)."

"The house was exactly as shown. There is a new house next door which is not reflected in the pictures. We were a little disappointed in the pool/hot tub. We paid extra to have them heated. The pool water was so low we had to put the hose in it. The jets were above the water line. The hot tub was basically empty. Once that was taken care of we used it the rest of the week. This home is a great size especially for a group. The beach is PERFECTION! Thank you to the people of Eleuthera for being so gracious and sharing your beautiful island with us."

"This is a very nice house in a good location. While it is not waterfront there is a good view of the Atlantic from the front porch and easy access to central Eleuthera - Governors Harbor, James Cistern, and many beaches on both the Atlantic and Caribbean. The house itself is spacious, modern and well-maintained. Large double doors on the front of the house provided cooling breezes both day and night. The owner was very responsive to our very few needs."
