"Our stay at High Seas was nothing short of spectacular! The house itself had everything we needed and was in a beautiful and secluded area but super close to Rainbow Bay. The house was just as pictured…open and so bright and the view of the ocean was beautiful! Just as important was the communication we had with Jackie. She was responsive and so nice and provided us with great information about the house, the area and the island. 10/10..highly highly recommend !!! "

"Imagine sweeping seaside views from your cliff top deck, crashing waves, salt air invigorating your skin, gorgeous dark night skies, peace and quiet, and getting back in touch with nature. Now add a solidly built home with comfortable beds, clean & spacious bathrooms, ample kitchen, and lots of windows to take in the views. The home is on solar and that came in very handy one day during a planned island power outage- we were able to turn on the solar power to protect the food in our fridge/freezer. Also, the air conditioning was really nice to use in the dusk and dawn hours when you need to close up the home to avoid the "no see ums" getting inside. The rest of the time we loved opening the windows and turning on the ceiling fans to bring the fresh air inside. And be sure to get up early to catch the beautiful sunrise from this wonderful home/property!We'd also recommend renting an SUV through Robert Thompson (aka Mr Bones Car Rental). His wife, Tiffany, runs Daddy Joe's Restaurant in Gregory Town. Be sure to enjoy thier fresh delicious food and don't miss Taco Tuesday with live music! And when our departure flight was canceled last minute, Daddy Joe's provided us with a clean, comfortable room for the night. We felt well taken care of for sure.Thank you, Mark and crew, for a wonderful, memorable stay!"

"this little place is perfect for 2. clean and perfectly appointed. .bed was supper comfortable. we were here for 6 days. the deck looks out over the ocean and the set up lets you bask in the sun or sit in shade at different times of the day. we never used the ac. great breezes. we had breakfast here every morning and ate at the front porch and da lish. visited awesome surfers beach and lovers beach. took a day trip to harbor island and the beautiful beach there. this little place is very private and a perfect place to stay if you want to be comfortable and explore. we will definitely return!"

"The property is located on a beautiful beach just steps away. There are grocery stores near by. The sites on the North end of the island are also close by. Spent a day on a boat with Cpt Riley from Spanish Wells Charter and had an amazing time! Southern attractions are a little farther away but not bad. Plenty of local places to eat and the food is great!! If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this is the place you are looking for!sites are a little farther away but not to far."

"We were at Sands of Time Feb 15- Mar 31The house & amenities were as listed except there is an RO water spigot which was a huge benefit for sustaining potable water & ice. We used the tap water for dishes, showers & teeth brushing without issue. We used the RO water for drinking, coffee, cooking & ice. There are 2 ice trays. There was plenty of hot water & excellent pressure. Note: The kitchen knives are REALLY dull.The house was very comfortable with modern & dedicated AC units in the main living area & in each bedroom. There are lots of windows all with screens which was nice on cooler days to open & run the ceiling fans & also gave lots of natural light.The outdoor area was excellent for sun or shade & a great space to enjoy our morning coffee or evening cocktail. We had our dog & the gated outdoor space was excellent for letting him roam yet keep him contained. The neighborhood was very quiet & private & the house is surrounded by heavy vegetation. We enjoyed the endless supply of papaya in the yard.The house is located less than a 3-minute walk to either the Atlantic or the Bight. Beaches are less than a 5-minute drive. There are no beach chairs or umbrella at the house. Renting is possible but very expensive. Locating & purchasing anything is nearly impossible. We purchased 2 chairs in Spanish Wells & then sold them to a rental company before we departed.Communications with the host were timely & always helpful."
