"We loved this property! My husband and I stayed there with our ten month old baby. The location cannot be beat. One block from the beach and easily walkable to the shops/restaurants and the marina. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The place was very spacious with two big bedrooms. The towels could use some upgrading-they were pretty old! Additionally, some neighbors smoke so there was a bit of a lingering smell of cigarettes outside/in the house. Other than that we loved our stay and thought it...

"Great little place near downtown WPB. Just me stayed here as I was in town for a baseball tournament. Nice little space and property owner was excellent. Great hospitality and I would certainly recommend this to others!"

"Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. "

"We adored this adorable little rental. The location is perfect. It is not directly in the middle of all the action of Pineapple District, but the two minute walk was a breeze. It was nice to be able to get away but still able to access all that Delray Beach has to offer. We walked to A1A, the beach, shops, and restaurants. Though the property is small, it still has everything we needed. I can't wait to come back again!"

"We were a big group of family and friends. We stayed here because of the size of the home and the location. It was GREAT! we all slept confortable. House was clean, old but clean. It is 2 properties in one, pretty cool. Debi was fast to respond to my questions. The only thing we were not to happy with was the instructions given to check out when we paid for a big cleaning fee. I feel like we did 1/2 the cleaning crew's job. but everything else was nice. "
