"Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. "

"This cottage was exactly as described. Location was convenient and centralized for traveling to and from Wellington and Jupiter. AC worked great. Parking was nice. The host quickly responded to messages. Check in/out process was smoothly. There was a rooster at a neighbor property, however if the fan was running on the AC then you couldn’t hear him. Highly recommend. "

"We were lucky with the weather so we were able to enjoy breakfasts outside. Short walk to great French Bakery. The kitchen was fully set up w/plates, glasses so we only had to run the d/w at the end of our stay. The house is charming, clean, and had more space than I expected. Nice living room. And excellent Master Bathroom shower used by all 4 of us. Only issue was faulty guest bathroom sink - but host communicated this to us upon arrival. Host was very responsive Overall, great stay. "

"Youre staying in basically a shed in someone's backyard. Yes its clean inside, but small. VERY SMALL. The street to enter is extremely busy and dangerous to back out into. The people that live in the apartment in the front are loud and rude. They have 5-6 cars and block the view of the road to be able to back out. No stove, mini fridge.Water takes forever to get warm. Bed wqs uncomfortable. Fiance was cat called and harrassed by someone when we first got there. And someone tried looking in the...

"This beach house was very well furnished and very clean. The pool was available, private sand clean. The hosts went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful. Cannot wait to visit again!. "
