"The operators are on site and are available for any amenities one might need. For those not familiar, this is a century old mansion, including 2 suites located in outbuildings. The exterior area includes many interesting features including a swimming pool and koi pond. The interior has many places to sit and read or meet as a group, including the large kitchen. We booked at Benzen Mansion to escape Hurricane Milton, which was bearing down on our hometown. The operators made us feel welcome and...

"We arrived to the property on Saturday June 22nd and immediately had to leave the property because of mice found there. We have contacted VRBO’s customer service and provided photos and a video. It has been over a week and nobody contacted me yet. I have spoken to four agents so far but they are telling me that I have to wait. I am wondering how long it will take to receive a full refund and maybe an apology for ruining my vacation."
