"Upon check in, Sally the owner was there to greet us with warm & genuine enthusiasm. The rooms were large and spacious although a ceiling fan would’ve been great. The female shared bathroom were huge and recently renovated. Beds had mattress topper & I slept like a baby even in the 32 degree night. Has a cafe & restaurant with delicious offerings with avail to do room service. Even had carafes of fresh water on the landing for guests & small kitchenette if u wanted to use.right in the heart of town within walking distance to beach, jetty and rail. "Eden Oak was a really good place to stay inl East Geelong. Set in parklands, close to the bay, with a range of facilities for families with children and an excellent restaurant. I will definitely be going back."
