"The balcony is to die for with beautiful ocean views any time of the day. The pictures of the place are TRUE. The check in and out was easy and the building is well maintained and the front desk was friendly. We will stay there again if we have more business in OC. "

"I love the property. I would've loved to see anything related to the Runaway Bride Movie. I know the movie is older, but a lot of people don't go to Berlin for that reason… I know we did and that's why we stayed at the Atlantic hotel. It doesn't have to be overkill, but it would be nice to still see some things. I mentioned that to many of the store owners too. It would be cool to see signs in the store windows, stating what it was called during the movie."

"We like staying in this part of Ocean City -- it is less busy than the downtown area. The only issue we had with this unit, is that we thought it had cable, but seemed more like just Roku. I do have Prime, and Netflix accounts, so we were able to use them on the TV. All though the kitchen is fully stocked, they did not have many of the pots and pans we needed to cook. "My wife and I stayed at Emma's place during the Ocean's Calling Festival in 2024. It was great for our needs, and a very good value, especially compared with the prices of other accommodations in the area. The apartment was spacious for the 2 of us; the bed was quite comfortable; all appliances worked fine. We brought bikes to ride to the festival, and having a bike rack at the apartment complex was convenient. I'd definitely stay again"

"We had a great stay at Raffles. The condo is located within walking distance of everything including the beach, Northside Park, the pier, kayaking, playground, mini golf, ice cream, and restaurants. Our kids had a blast! "
