Best part about this hotel is the location and ocean view. Cleanliness was not up to my standards. Found other people's hair on the shower walls, dirt ring between bathroom sink and countertop, someone's dropped pills by the TV stand, crumbs on the carpet. The carpet and walls in the room, and ceiling tiles in the bathroom, all had stains that staff probably tried to remove before to the best of their ability, but that are permanent now. Towels had a weird vinegar smell. At least the bed linens seemed clean. I didn't have the AC on in my room, but the one in a neighboring room was so loud that it woke me up every time it came on. They have very strong air fresheners in the elevators and hallways, which makes you wonder what kind of odors they're trying to cover up.
